Daisy Lane Invite

Hello Hivers, 

Aren't these cards just stunning?  I CASE'd a card from Wow Nola Creations.  As always, I changed up a few things to make the card my own.  I love the richness of the colors.  I used two stamp sets while designing the cards...Daisy Lane and One-Stop Box.  The One-Stop Box stamp set is a demonstrator only purchase. I used the sentiment, You're Invited, from this set.  I spritzed the entire Whisper White panel with Shimmer Paint mixed with some rubbing alcohol.  I popped a gold Designer Element onto the centers  of the punched "sunflowers".  

You can really see the detail of the Subtle Embossing Folder in this photo.  Oh, and look at the little splatter and Burlap Ribbon adding a little more texture.

Colors:  Garden Green, Pear Pizzazz, Crushed Curry, Soft Suede, & Basic Gray

Happy Father's Day!

Hello Hivers, 

This is the card I made for my wonderful husband.  He is such a great father to our four children.  We are so blessed to have been chosen to share our lives with such a magnificent man.

A Good Man stamp set is such an awesome set.  It can be used for several different occasions. I love celebrating the men in my life.  

This is the inside of the card.  I hand wrote "Happy Father's Day" when we all signed it.

Lookin' Sharp Truly Tailored

Blossoming Basket Bundle

Painted Autumn Suite - Sunflowers

Hello Hivers, 

Okay. This card just makes me happy.   The bright colors in the DSP are just gorgeous.  

I used Daffodil Delight and Crushed Curry to create the flower on the Stitched Circle and I added a Gold Faceted Gem for some sparkle.  

Oh, did you notice the little swirly doodad on top of the Burlap ribbon?  That came from the Swirly Snowflakes Thinlits dies.

Hogs & Kisses

I'm a little upset.  I filmed a video on how to make this cute card.   I finally got up the nerve to make a video tutorial and when I uploaded the video it was corrupted or something.   I have sound, just no image.  I don't know how to fix it.  UGH! 

But....isn't this card the cutest?!  I just love it.

Welcome Spring

Hello Hivers,

I finally tried my hand at making the Burlaps and Blooms Simply Created Wreath Kit (#133333).  I absolutely love this kit sold in the 2014 Occasions Catalog.  I made three, yes, I said three.  I just love all the "happy" spring colors.  I changed a few of the flowers on each one.  I will have to find two people to give my extras to.
