I made this card for a long time friend. I was thinking of her and just wanted to say hello. Instead of sending a text message or making a phone call...I thought a handmade card would be best. I really love the way this card came together. Nothing fancy, but I think it is a Wow card.

I am loving these big and bold sentiments in the Memories & More card pack. They make card making simple and quick.
This first card uses one of my favorite color combinations...Lemon Lime Twist and Basic Black. The second card is a CASE from Pinterest. This is a color combination that I would have had trouble thinking of, but I love it.

I've been seeing these cute chocolate dispensers all over Pinterest. So I thought I would give it a try. I watched several video tutorials, all with different measurements. I sort of combined a few to make my box.
I used the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper (DSP) to decorate the dispenser. I added a little of the Old Olive 1/8" Sheer Ribbon for a pull, to open the dispenser.

Just a quick card for today. The main image is stamped from the You've Got This stamp set. I colored the flower using the Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive Stampin' Blends. The senitment is from Happy Birthday Gorgeous. I punched that out with the Classic Label Punch. I used the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper for my background. I also added some Glitter Enamel Dots for a bit of interest.

This card may look a little familar. No, it's not the same card, I changed the flower and sentiment. Something about these colors just spoke to me. I am loving the use of Tabs for Everything for my sentitments. I really didn't think I would be using this stamp set as much as I am. The fonts are lovely and are the perfect size when you want the image to take center stage, not the sentiment.

I sort of CASE'd this card from the Holiday Catalog (pg. 46). I changed it up a bit, of course, to make it my own. I gave this card to my father for his birthday last month. This card features a great way to use up your Designer Series Paper.

Okay. This card just makes me happy. The bright colors in the DSP are just gorgeous.
I used Daffodil Delight and Crushed Curry to create the flower on the Stitched Circle and I added a Gold Faceted Gem for some sparkle.
Oh, did you notice the little swirly doodad on top of the Burlap ribbon? That came from the Swirly Snowflakes Thinlits dies.

Today I decided to use a couple of the items in the Painted Autumn Suite. Here I have used the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper (DSP) and the Painted Harvest stamp set.
The color combination for the flower is Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie. The middle is stamped in Soft Suede ink.
I don't know which card I prefer best...the Cajun Craze base or the Soft Suede base. I think I am leaning towards the Cajun Craze.

I have really been pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I signed up to participate in a 2017 Holiday Catalog Pre-Order Demonstrator Only Card Swap. At first I committed to just making 11 cards of one design. But then, for some unknown reason, I went back and signed up for 2 more designs (11 of each design). I was very nervous. You have to make original designs....and you all know that I am the queen of CASEing. But I knew that I could do at least one...but three? Boy, oh boy. I found that my Creative Mojo works great under pressure. I love all three designs I came up with.

Happy Labor Day. Today I am sharing a Christmas card. I made this with the Wishes All Aglow stamp set. It can be found in the new Holiday Catalog. I paired it with the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper. I colored some Rhinestone Jewels with Sharpies to add a little bling. I also added the Eastern Gold Vinyl Stickers along the bottom edge of the sentiment.

I was playing with one of the new stamp sets and boy, oh, boy! I love it. This is such a beautiful set, it is called Count My Blessings. The strip of Designer Series Paper came from Painted Autumn, another new product.
