Happy Celebrations

Hello Hivers, 

The main image on this card was the very first thing I colored using the New Stampin' Blends.  I already had the idea for this card in my head when I seen the video featuring the Blends.  The Seaside Textured Impressions Embossing Folder was a perfect match for this ocean looking image.  I found some DSP to go right along with the theme of this card in the Delightful Daisy DSP collection.

Anyone would be happy to receive this card for their birthday, but I think it lends itself to being more of a masculine card.  What do you think?

Busy Little Bee

Hello Hivers,

Another card using the bright Delightful Daisy DSP.  Just added a sentiment from the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set and a Busy Little Bee from the Detailed Dragonfly thinlits.  The final touch is the tiny bow made from the Daffodil Delight Double-Stitched Ribbon.

You all know how happy bright colors make me.  The Calypso Coral just pops.  I love it...and with the Pear Pizzazz...Man!  It just makes me smile.  Don't you just love the new Ombre ribbon?  These cards are essentially the same.  I just change the direction of the opening of the cards.  I used a couple of sentiments from the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set.

In Shapes Daisy

I absolutely love this card.  The bright colors just make me so happy.  I love the simplicity of the design.  I don't know how well you can see it, but I stamped the leaf image all over the background before embossing it with the Hexagons 3D Dynamic TIEF.

Big Daisy Treat

Here is a very simple card using few of the products in the annual catalog.  I love the bright daisy filled background.  This would put a smile on anyones face.  What a wonderful birthday card.

Big Delightful Birthday

Hello Hivers,

I am really enjoying the Delightful Daisy Suite.  The colors are so vibrant and go well for just about any occasion.  I just used small strips of the DSP along the tops of these cards.  I added a portion of the Delicate White Doilies to each card,  that I sponged with Wisteria Wonder ink.  I think the 1/4" Daffodil Delight Double-Stitched Ribbon really pops on these cards.  You can't really see it in the photograph, but I added Wink of Stella to all the flowers.

Flourishing Notes

Hello Hivers,

I was trying to use up some of my scraps of DSP that were too big to just toss in the trash.  This is what I came up with using a little strip of Delightful Daisy DSP.  I complted the look of this card using the Floursihing Phrases stamp set.

Colors:  Pool Party, Wisteria Wonder, Tranquil Tide, Basic Black, Whisper White, and Wink of Stella
