Lovely Words

Hello Hivers, 

I am going to miss the Lovely Words Thinlits.  They are so unique.  I paired it here with the Lovely Inside & Out stamp set and Painted With Love Specialty DSP.  All of these items are retiring.  Along with the cardstock that I used; Rose Red and Perfect Plum. Oh, and don't forget about the retiring Sweet & Sassy Framelits.

Heartfelt Hugs

Hello Hivers, 

I started out making one card today...The "Thinking of You" card.  I stamped the floral image in Soft Suede and cut out the word HUGS with the Large Letters Framelits.  I colored in the empty space with Wink of Stella.  The letters that were left over were too pretty to throw out.  That is how I ended up making a second card.  I stamped the floral image in Calypso Coral and adhered the letters in place.  I used the  Lovely Inside & Out stamp set for part of the sentiment.  I really love the way these two cards turned out.  I may need to make more in different colors.

Blossoming Basket Bundle

Hello Hivers,

Chocolate & Hearts for Valentine's Day

Hello Hivers, 

I've been busy making one of my sons some treat holders to give to his girlfriend.  Her favorite color is turquoise.  I paired Real Red, Whisper White, and Tempting Turquoise together to make all her little goodies.  I used a lot of our Stampin' Up! products on these projects.  The red DSP is from last years (retired) Sending Love 6" x 6" DSP stack.  You can get a better look at each item and what they hold below.

Lovely Chocolate Slider

Hello Hivers, 

I thought I would try my hand at making a slider box for the XL Hershey's Bar.  Turns out it was very simple.  I wanted to use some non-traditional Valentine's Day colors.  Here we have Lemon Lime Twist with Berry Burst and a little Basic Black and Whisper White.

Lovely Inside & Out - Friend

Hello Hivers, 

Here is a quick and simple card.  I used the Lovely Inside & Out stamp set.  I added the Marker Splatter/Thumping  technique to the Whisper White background to give the card a bit more interest.  What do you think?

Lovely Celebration
