Hello Hivers,
My dear Hubby needed a few thank you gift card holders for some friends and this is what I came up with. I love using the Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper (FREE Sale-A-Bration item). It looks great any way you use it. I paired it with Bubble & Fizz DSP (another SAB freebie). I love the bright colors. I added the Circle Tab Punch for a pull on the insert.
My favorite thing about these Mini Treat Bag cards is that you can get two, including the piece for the envelope, from one 12" x 12" sheet of DSP. I cut the card stock in half (12" x 6"). I then sponged on my color and it was ready to be cut again. I cut the paper into 3 pieces...the first two are for the Mini Treat Bag. My next cut was 6" x 6", then I cut the left over at 3" x 6", which left me with a 3" x 6" piece for the envelope.
Insert Layers:
Base: 3.5" x 4.75"
Neutral: 3.25" x 4.5"
Did you notice the coordinating envelope? Cute, right?
Below are photos of the back of the inserts, with and without a gift card.

Hello Hivers,
I've been busy making one of my sons some treat holders to give to his girlfriend. Her favorite color is turquoise. I paired Real Red, Whisper White, and Tempting Turquoise together to make all her little goodies. I used a lot of our Stampin' Up! products on these projects. The red DSP is from last years (retired) Sending Love 6" x 6" DSP stack. You can get a better look at each item and what they hold below.

Hello Hivers,
I'm still playing with this sketch from last week, with the tag and hearts. I decided to only use one embossing folder on this card and added the floral stamp image from Wood Words to the background instead. I love the look. I even snuck in a sentiment from Party Pandas at the bottom of the card. These two images are not the focal point of the card, but I think they add so much.

Hello Hivers,
Just a few more days until Valentine's Day. Are you ready? Here's a quick and simple card you can put together for your loved one and have them thinking you spent all day on their card.

Hello Hivers,
Just thought I'd share another box made with the Lots to Love Box Framelits. This entire suite is to die for. I just love it. If you are anything like me, you want your DSP to go far. So when I made this box I cut the back of the box out using a solid sheet of Melon Mambo cardstock instead of DSP. That way I have more of the pretty Painted With Love DSP to use on other projects. :)

Hello Hivers,
I've been coloring some more of the Petal Passion DSP with the Awesome Stampin' Blends.
I made the same card in two different colors and turned the orientation on one of them. I think they came out great. The heat embossed vellum overlay really adds a little sophistication to these cards.

Hello Hivers,
Just popping in to share this cute card. I love all the texture. I used the Brick Wall and Cable Knit embossing folders for some texture. I used my Stampin' Write Markers to color the sentiment. The Glitter Enamel Dots were added for that bling factor.
This card has a few elements, however, it was quick and simple. What do you think of this card?

Hello Hivers,
Welcome to the January Stampers By The Dozen Blog Hop. This month we are focusing on products from the New 2018 Occasions and Sale-A-Bration Catalogs.
