Christmas Drawers

Hello Hivers,

This cute little Dresser can be found on SCS. It is one of their Holiday Blitz Tutorials. I just love, love, love 3-D projects. I used the "I Wish" Simply Scrappin' Kit (retired). Now all I have to do is figure out what to put in the 3 drawers and who to give it to.

As always....thanks for buzzzing by.

Totally Totebag

Hello Hivers,

This little purse is so easy to make thanks to Leigh O'Brien. I don't remember if I found the template for the purse on her blog or on SCS. I think it was on SCS. I used the Newsprint DSP and sponged it with a Cajun Craze. I waded the paper up and then embossed it with Clear Embossing Powder to give it a leather look. You can't really see it in this photo. The purse holds about 4 3x3 cards and envelopes.

Thanks for buzzzing by. Enjoy your day.

Tissue Box Cover

Hello Hivers,
Back to the basics. I had to go to SCS to get some ideas. Diane Zechman shared this wonderful tutorial to make a cover for the square tissue boxes. I love the way this turned out. My MOJO is slowly showing what its made of. ;-) I really like doing 3-D projects.

Season of Thanks-CASE'd

Hello Hivers,
It has been a while since I have posted. I apologize. My days have been full. Plus I had lost my creative MOJO. I found it again. I am so happy about that. It likes to runaway every now and then. I will have to keep an eye on it. LOL

I gently enticed my MOJO by doing a simple CASE to start off with. I love the way the card turned out. I wish I would have written down the blog/website where I found this card. I am so sorry ...... to the original creator.

Well....enough talking. Here it is.

Monogrammed Candles

Hello Hivers,

Here are the cute little candles I made to match the tiles from yesterday. Just stamped the design on tissue paper and heat set it onto the candle. Super easy. Thanks again Michelle for such a wonderful design. Oh...I forgot to tell you yesterday about what I used. I used the Hostess stamp set Asian Artistry and the Lovely Letters Alphabet set. I hope my family will love them.

Monogrammed Tiles

Hello Hivers,

I made these monogrammed tiles for gifts at my family reunion. I probably shouldn't be posting them yet since my reunion is not until next month. LOL I used two different techniques when I made these. On one tile, I stamped and sponged directly on the tile. The other, I stamped on tissue paper and used Modge Podge to adhere it to the tile. I got the design idea from the wonderful Michelle Zindorf. I will share the other items that will be given with these tiles tomorrow.

Still Versatile

Hello Hivers,

Here is another card using the Peace Within stamp set. I changed the background and it looks like a totally different card. I used the Crushed Curry and Dusty Durango card stock and ribbon. This is the polka-dotted ribbon. I learned to tie it without showing the dots on Angie K Juda's blog. She has a video on how to do it.

I wrote a personal message on the back of the card.

Elegant Mother's Day

Hello Hivers,
I have mentioned several times on my blog that I am not very creative. I, however, can copy just about anything. One would think I would have figured out by now that I need to write down the blogs I visit for ideas. I have searched for the original designer of this card and can not find her. I thought I saved it to my favorites on SCS, but it is not there. I am so sorry I can't give proper credit.

Lesson Learned. I will be writing down websites from now on. This card is Super Pretty. I just had to copy it. I used the Bella Toile and Best Yet stamp sets. I gave these out for Mother's Day. I had to die by Satin Ribbon to match the Melon Mambo card stock.
Supplies: Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Kraft, and Melon Mambo card stock. Aqua Painter, Melon Mambo, Chocolate Chip, and Always Artichoke Stampin' Write Markers. Square Lattice Embossing folder, Square Scallop punch, 1/4 square punch and brads.
