Merriest Doily

Hello Hivers,

Here is another example of me not making up my mind.  I could not decide on a design for my card today, so I decided to make four different ones.  They are basically the same with minor differences.  I'm not sure which one I like the best.  I can't decide.  LOL  They will all be sent out to someone on my Christmas card list.  Who?  I'm not sure yet.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Hello Hivers,

The day has finally arrived.  I am looking forward to all the little and sometime; not so little tricker treaters knocking at my door.  I love seeing the creativity of all the costumes.

The cards, today, were inspired by a card I seen on Pinterest.  I made a few changes, of course.  I have to make it my own.  I love the Pumpkin Pie Glimmer Paper.

Be Safe out there tonight.  Have a lot of Spooky Fun!

Until next time....Buzzz you later.

A Spooky Treat

Hello Hivers,

Today I am sharing a very special treat.  I found some Black Cherry and Black Grape bubble gum pops at my local dollar store.  I just had to get them.  I love how the stick is black too.  The best part about these lolly pops is that they turn your tongue black.  LOL  They are called Tongue Painters.    Yes, I had to try one...or two.  Anyway, I made these lolly pop holders using one of the specialty sheets from the Halloween Night Designer Series Paper pack.  Take a look at the top portion of page 50 of the Holiday Catalog...you will see where I got the idea from.

Supplies:

Spooky Fun stamp set
Halloween Night DSP
Smokey Slate cardstock
Basic Gray Ink
Halloween Night Baker's Twine
Scalloped Tag Topper punch
1/8" Handheld Circle punch
Mini Treat Bag Thinlits

Flying Trio

Hello Hivers,

Had to make a quick card to send out...yes, I am sending Halloween cards this year.  I have to share my love of this time of year.  I used the Spooky Fun and Sweet Home stamp sets.  I hope the person receiving this card enjoys it as much as I did making it.

Baker's Box on Halloween

Hello Hivers,

I made two more of the Baker's Boxes.  I decorated them using the Halloween Night DSP and some of the pieces from the Baker's Box Thinlits.  I doubled up the Baker's Twine and tied a bow for the closure.  Quick and Easy.  Why don't you have a try?

Tiny Coffins

Hello Hivers,

I found a great tutorial on Pinterest to make these tiny coffins using the Home Sweet Home Thinlits.  I had lots of fun decorating them.  I just love the dripping blood from the Ghoulish Grunge stamp set.  Don't you love it?

Something Old, Something New

Hello Hivers,

I was inspired by a card on Pinterest for todays project.  I made this card for one of my uncles.  His birthday was earlier this month.  I used some new Holiday items and some Retired items to make this card.  I love the way it turned out.

Sorry about the dark photo.  I had to snap a quick picture before I put it in the mail.

Until next time....Buzzz you later.

Stacked Pumpkins

Hello Hivers,

I wanted to make a couple of Halloween cards that weren't so...Halloweeny.  You can easily change the sentiment and make this a birthday or a happy fall card.  Maybe even a Thanksgiving card.

When you are the one making the card you have creative freedom.

Enjoy your day, and as always...
Thanks for buzzzing by the Hive.

Caught in a Web

Hello Hivers,

Here's another Mini Treat Bag.  I used the specialty sheet in the Halloween Night DSP to make this one.  I added some 3/8" Sweet Sugarplum Glitter Ribbon and a bit of the Fancy Frost Sequins.  I tied a bow with the Halloween Night Baker's Twine and attached it above my image.  The image is from the Jar of Haunts stamp set.

Halloween Night Treat Pouch

Hello Hivers,

I've been having so much fun with the Halloween Night Designer Series Paper.  I wanted to make a treat pouch that would show off both sides of the paper.  I decided to make the diaper fold pouch.  This project only used a 6x6 piece of DSP for each pouch.  Super quick and easy, yet very cute.

All Bandaged Up

Hello Hivers,

Here are two more cards for your enjoyment.

Have you ever tried to find something on my blog and had a hard time?
When using the search box, try putting in words that describe the project or things used to make the project.  Just look under Lables:  all the tags that I have added for that project will be listed.

Don't forget...the Designer Series Paper Sale is still going on.

Vampires, Witches and Spiders. Oh My!

Hello Hivers,

This is one of my favorite creations.  I just love the way these cards turned out.  I can't believe how much of a difference just a little of the Fine-Tip Glue Pen can make.  Add that with the Wink of Stella, and these cards are sparktackulous!

I just had to carry the fun to the inside of the cards.  I am having way too much fun creating with these products...so my husband says anyway.  LOL

CASE'd Mini Treat Bags

Hello Hivers,

I was on Pinterest and found a video making these cute little treat bags.  I just had to CASE (copy and  share everything) them.  I, of course, made a few minor changes to make the projects unique to me.

Don't think you have enough talent to come up with creations of your own?...Do what we all do, and CASE some great work that can be found just about anywhere.  Use that as a starting point and you will be surprised with where you can go from there.

Peek-a-Boo, I See You!

Hello Hivers,

Thought I would try something different today.  I made these cards using a template I made out of junk mail.  I wanted to make sure I had the circles lined up just right.  I love how this layout allows me to display several of the images from a stamp set.  Do you see the shine on the DSP and the images?  I used the Fine-Tip Glue Pen to go over certain parts of the card to add just a little something extra.

Thanks for buzzzing by the Hive today.

Now, I have to admit, these treat bags come together very quickly.  I made quit a few.  It was a bit addictive.  LOL

You can fill these bags with all sorts of goodies. I can't wait to hand them out to the kiddos.

Dotted Baker's Box and End of Sale

Hello Hivers,

Today I am sharing a 3D project.  I used the Baker's Box Thinlits to create this cute treat holder.  The paper comes from the Halloween Night DSP pack.  I stamped a little tag using a sentiment from the Jar of Haunts stamp set in Basic Black ink and added a spot of Old Olive in the middle.  The banner was made using the Triple Banner Punch.  I tied it all together with a bit of Halloween Night Baker's Twine and Enamel Dots.

Don't forget...Today is the last day for the World Card Making Day Sale.  Be sure to place your order for all the supplies you need to keep creating.

Great Sketch

Hello Hivers,

I am so excited.  All this month I will be sharing projects that I made using the Halloween Night Designer Series Paper along with other great products.  I love this time of year.  There is so much spooky fun to be had.

Todays project was inspired by a sketch done by Angie Juda.  I used a sentiment from the stamp set, Spooky Fun.  It is the only stamping done on this card, except for the inside, where I used the spider from the Jar of Haunts stamp set.  Everything else is just paper and embellishments.

Supplies:

Paper:  Halloween Night DSP, Basic Gray and Basic Black card stock
Ink:  Basic Black
Accessories:  Halloween Night Enamel Dots
Stamps:  Jar of Haunts and Spooky Fun

Until next time....Buzzz you later,
