Painted Harvest - Hello Friend

Hello Hivers,

I made this card for a long time friend.  I was thinking of her and just wanted to say hello.  Instead of sending a text message or making a phone call...I thought a handmade card would be best.  I really love the way this card came together.  Nothing fancy, but I think it is a Wow card.

Check out he "Labels" below to see what I used to make this card.

As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today.
Until next time....Buzzz you later.

Watercolor Christmas Project Kit #2

Hello Hivers,

Here are the other two designs of the Watercolor Christmas Project Kit.  I only made minor changes to these.  I added the Quilt Top Textured Impression Embossing Folder to the first card.  On the second card I basically just changed the card from portrait to landscape.  Sometimes a little difference can make a big difference in the design.

Watercolor Christmas Project Kit #1

Hello Hivers,

Oh how I wish you could see these cards in person.  They are super sparkly.

These two sets of cards were made using the Watercolor Christmas Project Kit (#144649) and stamp set (#144835 wood or clear #144838).  The kit makes 20 cards; 5 each of 4 designs.  I made a few changes to my cards.  I just wanted to step them up a bit.  I will share the other two designs tomorrow.  This is great kit for quick, last minute cards...that won't look last minute.

As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today.
Until next time....Buzzz you later.

Watercolor Christmas Shaker Shadow Boxes

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Hello Hivers,

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Christmas.  I love this time of year.  Today I am sharing two Shaker Shadow Boxes.  The larger one was made using a sheet of 12" x 12" cardstock.  I have the template for the smaller one below.  I gave the larger of the two to my husband to put on his desk at work, the other I kept at home for decorations.

I have used the Year of Cheer Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Watercolor Christmas stamp set for both boxes.  I filled them with some retired Stampin' Up! sequence before adding the window sheet.

Other Supplies:

Layering Circles Framelits
Layering Squares Framelits
Stitched Shapes Framelits
Copper Foil Sheets
Champagne Foil Sheets
Copper Embossing Powder
Window Sheets
Card Front Builder Thinlits
Swirly Snowflake Thinlits
Clear Faceted Gems
Year of Cheer Specialty Washi Tape

Template for smaller Shadow Box:

The stand that I adhered to the back measures:  8.5" x 4" scored at 4.25".  I used about 3.5"  of ribbon for the stand.
