Hello Hivers,
Just take a look at this gorgeous DSP. This design is me second favorite in the pack. I had a really hard time cutting into it. LOL I wanted to make something that would show it off. I went searching on Pinterest and found a few tutorials for these cute desk accessories. I have made a Post-It Note holder, Business Card Holder, and a Holder for my Textured Impressions Embossing Folders.
I added some card board to the inside of the side and front panels on the TIEF holder to add some stability.
Sam H. (Pootles) has the instructions for two of my goodies and I can't remember where I found the tutorial for the Post-It Notes. I think it was Angie J. I watch so many videos, I don't always remember which version I decided to use.
Until next time....Buzzz you later.

Hello Hivers,
I spent three days making today's project. It does not take that long to make, however, I just had to make mine faux leather. That takes a while to do all the pieces. Then there is the fact that I couldn't decided what stamp set to use with this project. I finally decided to use True Friends and Boho Backgrounds due to the fact that leather reminds me of Cowboys and these sets are a bit cowboyish...right.

Hello Hivers,
This is the first item I made to take to Regionals. This is my new favorite stamp set: Just Buzzin' By. I sponged Summer Sun Classic Ink all over the white matchbook. I wanted to have a little white showing through the yellow. I took some Black Grosgrain ribbon and attached it (with a Mini Glue Dot) to the top to cover the staple. I stamped the "Honeybee" image all over Whisper White card stock with Black StazOn. I colored it using Close to Cocoa, YoYo Yellow, and Basic Black Stampin' Write Markers. I covered the entire sheet with VersaMark Ink and poured a mixture of Clear Embossing Powder and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter over it. After I heat embossed the image I punched each out with the Small Oval punch. I layered the image on Basic Black card stock punched out with the Designer Label punch. I added a black brad and popped it up with a dimensional. On the back is a picture of the honeypot. Mmmmmm...honey. LoL..... Thanks for buzzzing by.

Hello Hivers,
Here are a few more altered picture frames that I made into calendars/post-it-note holders. I gave these as gifts to teachers for Christmas. They were a huge hit. I am so glad everyone liked them. Most of the calendars use retired DSP. If you have any questions about these projects, just leave a comment.

Until next time.....
