A Blast from the Past

Hello Hivers,

Just wanted to share this project I made for my niece's baby shower.  I made it before I broke my ankle.  I will be sharing a few projects from that time, until I can start stamping again.

This is a Starbucks gift card holder.  I got the idea from Pinterest.  Her theme was Royal Baby, hence the crowns.

Criss Cross Christmas

Hello Hivers,

Many months ago I gave my nephew a Christmas gift.  I made this gift card holder to house said gift.  The card was easy enough, but for some reason I was very confused about how to cut the DSP to layer on the card and have both sides of the paper showing.  I will figure it out one day.  I hope.

Christmas Stocking

Hello Hivers,

I am so sad that this die, Holiday Stocking Bigz L, has retired.  It is very versatile.  I made this gift card holder for my sons classmate when they had a gift exchange for Christmas.  I really need to keep up with my posts, because I know I CASE'd at least parts of this but I don't remember from who.  Here's to keeping up.

Until next time....Buzzz you later,

Happy Birthday, Jesus

Merry Christmas Hivers,

I hope everyone is enjoying their day. Don't forget to thank the Lord for this day. Remember: JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THIS SEASON.

I also want to say Happy Birthday to my Mother, Lynn B. Happy Birthmas.
Here is the card I made for her. You can visit Frenchie for the tutorial on how to create this pull out card/gift card holder.

Supplies: Real Red Card, Basic Black and Whisper White card stock, Silver Glimmer Paper, 1/2" Circle Punch, White Gel Pen, and On Your Birthday stamp set. Retired ribbon and eyelet.

Altered Gift Card Holder

Hello Hivers,
This was a last minute Gift Card Holder. My DH informed me 5 minutes before walking out the door to a Christmas Party that he needed a gift card holder/card. This is what I came up with. The tree sparkles more in person. It is the same Gift Card Holder from yesterday. I just didn't add the topper and I turned it on its side.

Gifts inside a Present

Hello Hivers,

I am so sorry....who ever came up with this gift card holder....I can't find my notes. I don't know where I found the instructions.
I made these for the Christmas Party at my Hubby's job. I just think they are so stinking cute. I used MDS to print out the "Do Not open til Christmas" and the "Even the Naughty....". I don't have these stamps and wanted to use them....so a quick download saved the day.

Illuminated Thanks

Hello Hivers,
I finally got to play with one of my new stamp sets. This set has been around for awhile but I just recently purchased it. I made a Thank You gift card holder. I got the idea from, who else but Dawn. You can check out her card HERE.
I used the "soon to be no more" In Colors. I love the way the Kiwi Kiss and Pacific Point look together. The stamp set I used is Illuminations. This set is so elegant. I love it.

Holiday Cards

Hello Hivers,
Today I am sharing the cards I gave out this Christmas. I also included a gift card holder made from an envelope and a birthday card for my Stepmother (her birthday is on Christmas). I seen the design for my Christmas cards on Split Coast Stampers. I don't remember who made though. Thanks for such a pretty card, who ever you are. I used the Ski Slope DSP along with the Scallop Envelope Bigz Die and some ribbon. All those items can be found in the Holiday Mini Catalog. I also used the Round Tab Punch. For the birthday card I added a Rhinestone Brad, Flower Fusion, and the sentiment punched out with the Square Scallop Punch. For the gift card holder I used the Season of Joy stamp set and some Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon.

Happy Sunday

Hello Hivers,

I had a sleepless night. Soooo, I thought I would go ahead and post since I am up. I am sharing with you a card I made before I became a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. I made this with my up line at a monthly tips and techniques class. The technique used on the card is Cracked Glass. The card holds a gift card or anything else of credit card size. I hope you enjoy your Sunday. Be blessed.
