Hello Hivers,
Welcome to another Stampers By The Dozen Blog Hop. This month our theme is Birthdays. I recently seen a technique and wanted to try it out for myself. I think the results were fantabulous!
What do you think?
Debbie Henderson is calling this the Blenders & Alcohol Background Technique. I just scribbled on a Window Sheet with three different colored Stampin' Blends in a random pattern. Next, I quickly spritzed it with a mixture of Rubbing Alcohol and Champagne Shimmer Mist. Then I placed my paper onto the acetate, Glossy side down, rubbing firmly. Lift and let dry. (Caution: Don't leave the paper on the acetate too long, it will start to stick.) Finally, I die cut my paper using the Rectangle Stitched Framelits to use on my card.
I hope you have enjoyed your visit to the Hive today. Sooo...What did you think of my project for this Hop? Leave a comment and let me know.
Remember, this is a Blog Hop, the excitement continues...
Hop on over to Carly's blog...she is up next in the Blog Hop.

Hello Hivers,
I have a sweet treat for you today. I created this milk carton style box to hold this "St. Patricks Day" cupcake. I decorated the box using the Happiness Blooms DSP and the Amazing Life stamp set. I have a lot going on right now and things are pretty chaotic in the Hive. I am hoping I can get some filming done soon.

Hello Hivers,
I hope you all have rested and recovered from eating so much Thanksgiving food. Today I am sharing a birthday card made using the New Amazing Life stamp set that we received at OnStage, here in Orlando. I love showing the versatility of this Kit. The cards were made to be for Christmas. But, as you can see, just a few minor changes makes all the difference.

Hello Hivers,
It's never fun to make a sympathy card. But things happen and you have to do what you have to do. I made this card for my aunt. I hope it brings her a little comfort.
I used the November 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit along with a New Sale-A-Bration stamp set, Lasting Lily, that will be available to earn in January 2019. I used the Softly Falling TIEF for the background and stamped on the envelope as well.
