Haunting Halloween

Hello Hivers,

I am so sorry for the late post. I tried my hand at another Zindorf. I just love the brayered/sponged backgrounds. I used images from the Haunting Halloween and Lovely as a Tree stamp sets. I used Summer Sun, Not Quite Navy, Basic Black and Whisper White card stock. The ink colors are Apricot Appeal, More Mustard, Baja Breeze, Night of Navy, Not Quite Navy, Basic Black and Whisper White. I used Stampin Write Markers to color the cat. I also used my silver Zig Painty and white gel pen.

Reminder: Today is the last day for the Never Before Seen Stamp Sale. Don't miss out. Call me to save 15% on select brand new stamp sets.

Happy Monday

Hello Hivers,

I made this card when I first started stamping. I just love the image of the frog. I am so sad that the set is no longer available. I am used this card for my brother-in-laws birthday. I am trying to use all my cards that I have made in the past. I have to admit, I am a bit of a hoarder when it comes to cute cards. I just want to keep them. So now I have a large box full of cards that need to find a new home. Thank You for visiting my Hive today.

Cheers to You Swap

Hello Hivers,

Here is my submission for the Cheers to You swap. I made two layouts, which do you like better? Leave a comment and let me know. The idea for the card came from the cartoon movie "Dumbo". You know, Pink Elephants. The sentiment was stamped twice to create the double vision that some may have after drinking. I just wanted to have fun with this card. The elephant image is from the Wild About You stamp set. I used Rainbow Sherbet DSP (to give the effect of seeing spots) the main card stock is the new In Color Pacific Point.

Here are the swaps I received in return: (makers of all cards --Unknown)

Back Pack

Hello Hivers,

I have been seeing these adorable back packs all over Splitcoast Stampers. I thought I would give it a try. I used Tango Tangerine card stock and ribbon. The DSP is the new Hawaii Papaya. These backpacks can be used for a number of occasions. Just use your imagination and get started on your own project.

3x3 Box

Hello Hivers,

Today I am sharing a project I seen on My Life's Art blog. This cute little box is 3x3 and is made from one piece of card stock. I used Kiwi Kiss, Tango Tangerine and Chocolate Chip card stock. the DSP is Ghostly Greetings. The sentiment is from Eat, Drink & be Scary stamp set, punched out and layered using the Tag punches. I brought it all together with some chocolate chip ribbon and a black brad. You can fill this box with a number of goodies. Let me know what you think.
