Today I am showing you how I put together this cute set of cards using the Cactus Cuties stamp set from Stampin' Up!. I paired it with the Abstract Beauty Specialty DSP and the Brushed Brass Butterflies.
Hello Hivers, Today I am sharing a colorful boxed set of cards. I used the 2020-2022 In Colors, from Stampin' Up!, along with the Celebrate Sunflowers and Good Morning Magnolia stamp sets. Along with the cards and envelopes, I decorated one of our Acetate Card Boxes to store the set of 5 cards in. I used the Sunflowers Dies to decorate the box.
Here is the tutorial on how to put these cards together.
Cardstock Measurements: Base (Thick Whisper White): 8.5" x 5.5" score @ 4.25" Magenta Madness: 5-1/8" x 3-7/8" and 1/2" x 3.75" Whisper White: 5" x 3.75" and 1.5" x 3.75" Basic Black: 1/2" x 3.75"
Take a closer look.
Thanks to Call Me Crafty Al for the card sketch.

Hello Hivers, This is my last boxed set of cards I made for this Christmas. I love red and black together and they are perfect for the holidays. A few of the items I used for these cards: Merry Music SDSP, Foil Snowflakes, Starburst Punch, Layeirng Circles Framelits, Red Glimmer Paper, Basic Black Shimmer Ribbon, and the Christmas Pines stamp set. Are you excited yet? Christmas is almost here! As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today. Until next time....Buzzz you later. Honeybee
Hello Hivers, I went all in this year. I have been creating cards like crazy. I've seen so many wonderful cards on Pinterest...You know I had to make them for myself. Today's projects are no exception. As always, I have made a few changes to my cards to make them my own. I used the Merry Music Specialty Designer Series Paper, Foil Snowflakes, and the 3/8" Silver Metallic-Edge Ribbon on both boxed sets. The Wisteria Wonder cards were created with the Christmas Pines stamp set and some retired SAB ribbon. The Pink Pirouette cards used the Snowflake Sentiments stamp set, also with retired ribbon. To change the color of the 3/8" Silver Metallic-Edge Ribbon, I spritzed it with a mixture of rubbing alcohol and re-inker. It only took about 5 minutes to dry and none of the color rubbed off. I used the Acetate Card Boxes #144628 to box up all the cards and envelopes. Only four cards could fit in the box because of all the dimension. As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today. Until next time....Buzzz you later. Honeybee
