Today's cards are a bit on the whimsical side. I made 10 of each card. I love making Christmas cards that don't use the traditional colors. There was a lot of coloring and fussy cutting in the making of these cards. I had to involve a few family members to help me out. :)

Hello Hivers, Today I am sharing my last card in the Balmy Blue "series". This is the card I made to use as my July customer thank you. I love all the shimmer from the Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper. You can't see it on the photo, but there is also Wink of Stella on the floral images.
I used the Meant to Be stamps and coordinating Be Mine Stitched dies along with the Four Season Floral stamp set to create this car. The DSP is Feels Like Frost.

Take a look at the inside. Isn't it just darling?

Hello Hivers, This week I am focusing on the From All Of Us stamp set. I was so excited when I saw this in the catalog. You all know I love line art images, because I love to color. These animals are super cute, I love the looks they are giving. It's like they have personality. I instantly thought they were posing for a picture. I just had to make a polaroid card with them.
Take a look at the inside.

Hello Hivers, This card is very much the same card I shared on Tuesday. I just changed up the stamp set I used for the sentiment. I am using the Painted Harvest stamp set which is on the retirement list. It won't be around for much longer. This is a great year round stamp set. Be sure to get yours before it is too late. I made this thank you card for the family that "adopted" my son. I can't wait to see his face when he receives his gifts. I know he will appreciate it greatly. The kindness of some people is just so great.
Watch has I fumble my way through this video tutorial.

Hello Hivers, Isn't this card super cute. I just love the Little Ladybug stamp set. This is set that definitely needs to carry over and be available for purchase. One can wish. This was a quick and easy card. I used a piece of cardstock cut at 3.5" x 4.25" and used the largest straight edged square framelit from the Layering Squares to cut out an opening. I used the Hand-Lettered Prose dies to cut out letters from the From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper. The image was stamped and then colored with Stampin' Blends on a separate piece of cardstock adhered behind the frame. I covered just about everything in Wink of Stella, stuck it to a card base and Viola! Card is done.

Hello Hivers, Today I am sharing a card that was inspired by Dawn. She featured a technique that she is calling; Easy Stained Glass Glitter. You can see her card HERE. Boy was she right! This technique is very easy and has beautiful results. I am anxious to try this with other stamp sets, like the ones coming soon in the Holiday Catalog. Stampin' Blends: Bronze Dark Pumpkin Pie Dark Night of Navy Dark Bermuda Bay Dark Real Red Dark Pool Party Cardstock: Real Red 11" x 4.25" (Score: 5.5") and 2" x 5" Basic Black 5.25" x 4" and Scallop Layering Square (3" x 3") Whisper White 5" x 3.75", 3.75" x 0.5", 2.75" x 2.75"

Hello Hivers, I was so shocked to see this set on the retirement list. The birds in this set are super cute, as well as the sentiments. I have a difficult time cutting into some of my Designer Series Paper, it is so pretty. But I have managed to use up just about all of my Painted With Love Specialty DSP. Retiring Products: Bird Banter stamp set Pink Pirouette cardstock Glitter Enamel Dots Painted With Love Specialty DSP Basic Black Archival ink As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today. Hello Hivers, I am in love with this card. It is so simple but I love it. I was going for the monochromatic look. I added just a bit of color to make the card pop. Retiring Supplies: Friendship's Sweetest Thoughts stamp set Chocolate Chip Cardstock and Ink Glitter Enamel Dots Pink Pirouette Stampin' Blends As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today. Hello Hivers, I finally got around to using the Truly Tailored stamp set and the True Gentleman DSP. I think it took me so long because I have a hard time making masculine cards. I think these two turned out great. I love the colors in this paper. As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today. Until next time....Buzzz you later. Honeybee
Hello Hivers, I don't know why it has taken me so long to use this stamp set. It is so much fun. I love to color and that is exactly what I did on this card. The Cozy Cottage stamp set is a Hostess only set. You can only purchase it using your Stampin' Rewards from hosting a party or submitting an order of $150 or more (before S/H fees). I used the Layering Squares Framelits to create the look of a polaroid picture. If you look closely, you can see that I used the Fine-Tip Glue Pen on the windows, door handle and the pebbles in the walk way. The Crumb Cake cardstock was embossed using the Basket Weave 3D Texture Impression Embossing Folder (TIEF). This embossing folder was one of the FREE Sale-A-Bration items that will be available for purchase in the new Annual Catalog in June. As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today. Hello Hivers,
Todays card is featuring two of my favorite colors, Real Red and Basic Black. I have used two Sale-A-Bration (SAB) items on the card. I started with a piece of the Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Paper and paired it with the Beautiful Peacock stamp set. I really love the way this card turned out. I thought the Layered Leaves 3D TIEF coordinated very well with the other elements on this project. Wink of Stella and Rhinestone Jewels added just a bit more bling to this card. Today is the last day for Sale-A-Bration. I hate to see all of these wonderful products go. The good news is that two of the SAB products will be carried over to the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.

Hello Hivers, I made this card for a long time friend. I was thinking of her and just wanted to say hello. Instead of sending a text message or making a phone call...I thought a handmade card would be best. I really love the way this card came together. Nothing fancy, but I think it is a Wow card. Check out he "Labels" below to see what I used to make this card. As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today. Until next time....Buzzz you later. Honeybee
Hello Hivers,
Here is another little treat box for you. I shared this project yesterday, on my blog, in a different color. Today I am sharing a video tutorial on how to put it all together. Enjoy.

Hello Hivers, Isn't this box just the cutest? I found a tutorial over on Dawn Griffith's blog. I just had to make one of these. It is kept closed with a little magnet. I used the Whole Lot of Lovley DSP and The Little Things stamp set to decorate this box.

Hello Hivers, This card may look a little familar. No, it's not the same card, I changed the flower and sentiment. Something about these colors just spoke to me. I am loving the use of Tabs for Everything for my sentitments. I really didn't think I would be using this stamp set as much as I am. The fonts are lovely and are the perfect size when you want the image to take center stage, not the sentiment. As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today. Until next time....Buzzz you later. Hello Hivers, Here is a very cute card I made using the New Stampin' Blends that are available starting Today! I love how smooth the color goes on. I used a varitey of Stampin' Up! products on this card. You can see them listed below in the "Labels" section. As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today. Until next time....Buzzz you later. Hello Hivers, I haven't used the Window Box thinlits in a while. Here, I paired it with the Year of Cheer SDSP and some of the Fabulous Foil Designer Acetate. I used Gold Embossing Powder for the sentiment from Festive Phrases. I added some Gold Faceted Gems for a little more sparkle. As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today. Until next time....Buzzz you later.
Hello Hivers, Last Thursday I shared with you that I was playing around with the Envelope Punch Board, trying to make a box using 12" x 12" cardstock. Well, this is what I was trying to make, a box to fit this coffee mug I picked up at Dollar Tree. I seen the cake in a mug mixes and just had to make a gift set to give away. The mug fits perfectly in the box. I just wished the cake mix came with a little tube of frosting. LoL. I decorated using The Little Things stamp set and the Merry Little Christmas DSP. I, somehow, figured out that I needed to punch and score at 3.5" and 9.5" on the Envelope Punch Board. I know that I am at the 9.5" mark when the edge of my cardstock is at the "F" on the words Final Result. This makes a rectangular box. The measurements I used for the DSP are 3-7/8" x 4.25" (x2) and 2-7/8" x 3-7/8" (x2). As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today. Until next time....Buzzz you later.
Hello Hivers, OMG! I am in love with this card. I don't usually purchase washi tape because I never really use it. When I seen this tape I just had to have it. I used the washi tape to make "DSP" for this card. I heat embossed the sentiment using Copper Embossing Powder. The sentiment is from the Festive Phrases stamp set. The inside sentiment is from the Watercolor Christmas stamp set.
