Needle & Thread Birthday

Hello Hivers,

This card was made from scraps.  I had a few items left over from various projects and decided to use them.  I sponged the main image using Rich Razzleberry ink, I sponged multiple layers.  The final color ended up looking more like Merry Merlot.  That is the ink I used for the sentiment.  My photo did not come out as well as I would have liked. This card really sparkles in person.

As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today.
Until next time....Buzzz you later.

Humming Along Feel Better

Hello Hivers,

I needed a quick, get well card.  I had the Humming Along stamp set sitting on my desk, so I used it for the card.  It is very simple.  I used Thick Whisper White cardstock for the base and stamped the leaf image to make a background.  The color portion of this card is Mango Melody.  I added a die cut from the Hummingbird Framlelits for a bit of interest.

As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today.
Until next time....Buzzz you later.

Humming Along Birthday

Hello Hivers,

Decided to make another card using the Humming Along stamp set.  This time I am focusing on the lovely flower in this set.  I used the Window Sheet over the Sparkle Glimmer Paper again.  I love the colors on this card.  The Designer Series Paper is from the Botanical Butterfly paper found in the Sale-A-Bration brochure.

As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today.
Until next time....Buzzz you later.

Humming Along Thank You

Hello Hivers,

Today I am sharing a Thank You card.  I used a technique that I am quickly falling in love with.  I stamped my image on Window Sheet using Stazon ink and colored the image on the back side with Stampin' Blends.  I adhered it to some Sparkle Glimmer Paper and used the Hummingbird Framelits to die cut it out.  I wanted the hummingbird to stand out so I stamped the flower in the same color as the cardstock, Blushing Bride.  I added a few Glitter Enamel Dots and Wink of Stella to finish off the card.

Supplies:
Humming Along stamp set #148758
Hummingbird Framelits #148538
Glitter Enamel Dots #146934
Clear Wink of Stella #141897
