More About BCRF
The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) advances the world's most promising research to eradicate breast cancer. Founded by Evelyn H. Lauder in 1993, BCRF has raised more than $550 million to fuel discoveries in tumor biology, genetics, prevention, treatment, survivorship and metastasis, making it one of the largest non-governmental funders of breast cancer research in the world. This year BCRF has invested $58.6 million in research, to support over 235 researchers at leading medical institutions across six continents, including $11.6 million to the international Evelyn H. Lauder Founder's Fund focused on metastasis. By spending 91 cents of every dollar on research and public awareness programs, BCRF remains one of the nation's most fiscally responsible nonprofits. BCRF is the only breast cancer organization with an "A+" from CharityWatch, and has been awarded Charity Navigator's highest rating of four stars 13 times since 2002. Hello Hivers,
Here is my fourth and final Breast Cancer Awareness card. Well, maybe not my final. I decided to add Basic Black card stock and no DSP to this card. I think it is a simple, yet lovely and bold looking card. I cased the image from the current SU catalog. The sentiment was punched out using the Word Window punch and layered off center on Basic Black of the same shape. I finished the card with some Pretty in Pink Grosgrain ribbon. All four of my cards are being donated to help encourage and lift the spirits of breast cancer patients and/or survivors.

Hello Hivers,
This is the third Breast Cancer Awareness card that I made. I really enjoyed making this card (no pun intended). I used several layers of card stock and Georgia Peach DSP. I got out my Scalloped Edge punch and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter for this card (the "O" with the word life has the glitter).I added some Pretty in Pink ribbon and brads along with white gel doodle dots to finish the card off. Oh, by the way the stamp set that I used is called Enjoy Every Moment. I hope I inspire you to create some cards of your own.
Until next time.....

Hello Hivers,
Today I am sharing one of four cards that I made in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness for the month of October. This card is 3x3. I used Georgia Peach DSP, Best Yet and Pocket Silhouettes stamp sets. The sentiment is layered using the Small and Large Oval punches; the flower image is punched out with the 1-3/4 Circle punch. I sponged both images with Pink Pirouette and Apricot Appeal Classic Stampin' Ink. I tied it all together with some Pretty in Pink Grosgrain ribbon.
Until next time.....
