Birthday Thank You Gifts

Hello Hivers,

Today I am sharing a project I made for my mother and a good friend of hers. They celebrated their birthdays together. We had a great time. We had a late morning brunch....women only and we had to wear sun dresses and hats. Then later in the evening they hosted a crab boil (blue crabs, corn on the cob, and potatoes all in one huge pot). My mother and her friend wanted to give thank you gifts to all their guests....this is what I came up with...

Honeybee

Hello Hivers,
Isn't this just the cutest stamp set?! I can't get enough of it. This is an Artist Trading Card (ATC). I made the image of the "Honeybee" and the sentiment in the same manner as the project from yesterday. I used the 1-1/4 and 1-3/8 Circle punch to layer the image of the bee. I stamped the flowers with VersaMark Ink on Summer Sun card stock and embossed with Clear Embossing Powder and DD Glitter. I went around the flower with my white Gel Pen. I added a Basic Black Brad for a little something more. Finally I layered everything on Basic Black card stock. I hope you all like this project as much as I do. Thanks for visiting my hive.
