March 2019 Paper Pumpkin Alternate - Congrats Card

Hello Hivers, 


Here is another card I made using the March Paper Pumpkin Kit.  This card was CASE'd from Angela McKay.  I seen her card on Facebook.  I, of course, changed up a few things to make the card my own.  I really loved her idea.  I needed a congratulations card for a friend and I thought this would be perfect.  The inside simply says Congrats.
