I am loving the Rooted In Nature Suite. The stamp set is so classic and the framelits are divine. These cards were inspired by a color combination I seen used on Pinterest. I will try and film a video on the technique used here (no promises). I have another card idea floating around in my head. I've added single photos as well. I think you can see the Wink of Stella much better on the tree card.

It's getting difficult to find the time to stamp. Summer is officially here. The children are home all day with me. I need to get them into some activities.
I was able to sit down with the Hold On To Hope stamp set and create this wonderful card. I also used the Waterfront stamp set. I love the colors in this card. I started with the idea of using the torn edge technique. That is how I created the "mountains". Everything else just kind of fell into place.

Hello Hivers,
These are the very first cards I have made using the Floral Statements stamp set. I don't know why it took me so long to use it. It is a gorgeous set. I need to make a quick thank you card and this did the trick. I used my stamping blocks again to make the background. I don't think I spritzed enough water on the ink, causing the blotches, but I like the way it turned out.
You can see on the second card below, I used more water and it wasn't so blotchy.

Hello Hivers,
I found a card on
Pinterest and I just had to CASE it and make this card my own. I will be giving these to my mother for her to give out as she pleases.
I used Basic Black, Smokey Slate, and Whisper White card stock on this project. The stamp set I used is Wetlands. I used the 3/4" circle punch and some Basic Gray Baker's Twine along with some Black Candy Dots to add a little something extra to the card. The DSP comes from the Neutrals DSP Stack.

This is another CASE from Brandy's Cards. I just love the Lotus Blossom stamp set. I was sad to see SAB end. As always, I made minor changes to my card to make it my own.

Hello Hivers,
This card was made using mostly retired products. Sorry. I made it for my neighbor who turned 16. Blue is her favorite color and she loves music. I really enjoyed making this card. I love the torn edge technique used here. I heat embossed the image before coloring it. Finished with a few pearls just to add a special little something.
