Lots of Love Double Z Fold Card

Hello Hivers,

I made this card for a family member.  He hasn't been feeling well.  I thought I would send him a card to let him know I was thinking of him.

I used the Lots of Love and Flourishing Phrases stamp sets to create this card.  I also used the Whole lot of Lovely DSP to decorate the background.

As always, thanks for Buzzzing by the Hive today.
Until next time....Buzzz you later.

Painted Autumn Chocolate Dispenser

Hello Hivers,

I've been seeing these cute chocolate dispensers all over Pinterest.  So I thought I would give it a try.  I watched several video tutorials, all with different measurements.  I sort of combined a few to make my box.

I used the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper (DSP) to decorate the dispenser.  I added a little of the Old Olive 1/8" Sheer Ribbon for a pull, to open the dispenser.

Quilt Builder Framelits for Baby

Hello Hivers,

Last month I went to a baby shower for my cousin.  This is the card I made for her.  I forgot to take a picture of the inside.  I made a little pocket to hold a gift card.  This is my first card using the Quilt Builder Framelits and the Quilt Top Textured Impression Embossing Folder.  I am very satisfied with the way it all came together.  The sentiment is from  the Vertical Greetings stamp set.  I added a few Clear Faceted Gems and some Wink of Stella and the card was complete.  I presented it in a Clear Envelope, I wanted everyone to see it.  LoL

Year of Cheer Cake Box & Cyber Monday Deal

Hello Hivers,

I think this may be my last cake in a mug box.  I have had fun making these boxes.  I need to come up with a new packaging idea for these pouches.

It's funny that this is the last box I am sharing because I believe it was the first one I made.  The gold heat embossed sentiment here is from The Little Things stamp set.  I added a gold Foil Snowflake to make the sentiment stand out more.  Oooo and that Gold Metallic-Edge Ribbon...It is so gorgeous.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing my packaging for these cake mix pouches.  I have really enjoyed making them.

Cyber Monday Deal.  24 hours only.  All orders.

Year of Cheer Hershey's Nugget Box

Hello Hivers,

It's the time of year when we start wrapping our candy in pretty DSP to give as gifts.
I have used the Year of Cheer Specialty Designer Series Paper to decorate everything here.  The sentiment is from the Wood Words stamp set.  It is heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder.

This little box holds 6 Hershey's Nuggets.  You can find the template for the box below.

Paper Pumpkin - Wonderful Winterland (November 2016)

Hello Hivers,

Yes, you read that correctly.  This is my Paper Pumpkin kit from last year.  I never got around to putting it together.  I made sure to pull it out while I was making all, 100, of my Christmas cards for this year.  I made the cards up just as instructed.  I then added them to the front of the envelopes provided and adhered that to quarter sheet of cardstock.  I love it.  Now I wish I had more.

UPDATE!  NEWS FLASH!

Hello Hivers,

Here is the last project from my Stampers By The Dozen Blog Hop share last week.  This project was an alteration of Linda Parkers project from a couple of years ago.  Check out the video tutorial below on how it all comes together.

DSP:
Lid -- 1.75" x 3"
Front -- 2.75" x 3"
Banner:  1.5" x 4.25" and 0.75" circle

Cardstock for Banner:  2" x 4.5" and 1" x 4"   Once all banner pieces have been punched and adhered together, place on lid and crease over front of box to create fold line.  Then adhere into place.

Count My Blessings Eclipse Card

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Hello Hivers,

Today I am sharing my first attempt at making the, oh so popular, Eclipse card.  I now know that I need to tape down my Large Letters Framelits before running my cardstock through the Big Shot.  I used the Count My Blessings stamp set for the images and the word "Thanks" was created with the Brushwork Alphabet stamp set.  I colored all the images using the Stampin' Blends markers.  After everything was put together, I flicked Wink of Stella all over the card (you can't really see it in the photo).

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Quilted Christmas Hershey's Nugget Box

Hello Hivers,

Yes, I am loving making these little boxes to hold these delicious Hershey's Nuggets.  This box fits 4 of the candies inside.  This is the first project I have made using the Quilted Christmas DSP stack.  The sentiment on the box is from the Wishes All Aglow stamp set.

Oh, just in case you need to know... the DSP around the candy is 3" x 1".   I have included the template for this box as well.

Gift Packaging with Merry Music - SBTD Blog Hop November 2017

Hello Hivers,

Welcome to the November Stampers By The Dozen Blog Hop.  This month our theme is Christmas Gift Packaging.  I have created three different projects for you today.  Here they are photographed together.  I will have three seperate video tutorials for the projects I am sharing today, coming next week.  Be sure to check back in with me tomorrow for the first video and through out the week for the other two.

Keep scrolling to see the individual pictures and templates for each project.

Here is the last Project.  I got the idea for this box from Linda Parker.  She made her box using 12" x 12" paper and the Envelope Punch Board.  I wanted to use 8.5" x 11" paper and I didn't use the Envelope Punch Board.  Just minor differences.

Although two of my projects were made to hold Hershey's Nuggets, you can put whatever little gift that will fit inside of the box inside of yours.

Now that you have enjoyed all of my projects, leave me a comment and let me know what you think.

You've Got This

Hello Hivers,

Just a quick card for today.  The main image is stamped from the You've Got This stamp set.  I colored the flower using the Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive Stampin' Blends.  The senitment is from Happy Birthday Gorgeous.  I punched that out with the Classic Label Punch.  I used the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper for my background.  I also added some Glitter Enamel Dots for a bit of interest.

The Little Things Faceted Box

Hello Hivers,

Isn't this box just the cutest?  I found a tutorial over on Dawn Griffith's blog.  I just had to make one of these.  It is kept closed with a little magnet.  I used the Whole Lot of Lovley DSP and The Little Things stamp set to decorate this box.

Happy Celebrations

Hello Hivers,

The main image on this card was the very first thing I colored using the New Stampin' Blends.  I already had the idea for this card in my head when I seen the video featuring the Blends.  The Seaside Textured Impressions Embossing Folder was a perfect match for this ocean looking image.  I found some DSP to go right along with the theme of this card in the Delightful Daisy DSP collection.

Anyone would be happy to receive this card for their birthday, but I think it lends itself to being more of a masculine card.  What do you think?

Coffee Break Cake Box

Hello Hivers,

I am loving the Merry Cafe stamp set.  It goes perfectly with the cake in a mug pouches that I have been making boxes for.  This box was inspired by the Treat Topper I shared on November 7, 2017.

These color are so rich.  I sponged the Coffee Break DSP with Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink.  I added some sequins from the Gold Mini Sequin Trim.

Whole Lot of Lovely Card

Hello Hivers,

Here is a quick and simple card I made using a sheet of the Whole Lot of Lovely DSP.  I added a sentiment from The Little Things stamp set.  This color combonation is yummy.  I love the way the Tranquil Tide and Tangerine Tango look together...and the Pool Party just makes everything pop.

Celebrate You - Cake Box

Hello Hivers,

Here's another cake in a mug pouch box.  I love that these designs could easily be made into matching cards to give as a set.  You can't see it in this photo, but there is Wink of Stella on the slice of cake image.  And the Lemon Lime Twist ribbon is almost lost in the background, but I think it adds just a little pop of color where it is needed.

Birthday Blooms & Tabs for Everything

Hello Hivers,

This card may look a little familar.  No, it's not the same card, I changed the flower and sentiment.  Something about these colors just spoke to me.  I am loving the use of Tabs for Everything for my sentitments.  I really didn't think I would be using this stamp set as much as I am.  The fonts are lovely and are the perfect size when you want the image to take center stage, not the sentiment.

Seasonal Chums - Snowmen

Hello Hivers,

I'm bringing you another Stampin' Blends creation.   This snowman is the cutest.  I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp his face on what should have been the back side of him.  Now he has a brother LoL.

Leave me a comment.  Let me know what you think.

Retired -So In Love -Wedding Card

Hello Hivers,

I made this card for my cousin.  He got married last month.  Just about everything I used to make this card is retired...Sorry.  I CASE'd it from Pinterest.  I had to make it...It is sooooo pretty.  The gold envelope liner came from the current Watercolor Christmas Project Kit.  This card is so sparkly in real life.  I just couldn't capture it all with the camera.
